HOW TO A MAKE A RESERVATION

Reservations for all tours may be made by calling the Conestoga Tours Office at (717) 569-1111 or, if calling from outside the local area, 800-538-2222, or by stopping in at our office at 1619 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, located in The Chelsea Square Shopping Center on the Manheim Pike, Rt. 72.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

PAYMENTS

Conestoga Tours will accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for every tour in the catalog. Of course, checks, money orders or cash are also accepted. Prior to February 2016, send payments to Conestoga Tours, 1530 Commerce Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601. After February 2016, send payments to Conestoga Tours, 1619 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601 Please indicate on your check which tour you are reserving, contact information & departure point.

PAYMENT DEADLINES

Multi-Day Tours – Final payment is due at the Conestoga Tours office 45 days prior to departure on all multi-day tours. A deposit of $100.00 per person is due at the time of the booking.

One-Day Tours – Payment is due at time of booking.

PLEASE NOTE – Conestoga Tours does not bill you for any of the tours. We will send you a confirmation once money has been received. All checks should be made payable to Conestoga Tours. Please indicate on your check for which trip you are paying.

REFUNDS

Multi-Day Tours – A full refund will be given 45 days prior to departure date. Any cancellation made within 45 days will be subject to a $50.00/person per day cancellation fee plus any non-refundable expense. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

One-Day Tours – A full refund will be given 14 days prior to tour departure. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to departure will be subject to a $35.00/person cancellation fee. In addition, money for reserved seat tickets or any other admission that has been paid by Conestoga Tours will be refunded only if the ticket is resold. No refunds will be given to people who fail to show up the day of the tour. Any customer who cancels any type of tour after Conestoga Tours business hours for a tour the next day will be treated as if cancelling the day of the tour. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Certain one-day tours such as Broadway shows and dinner theatres, etc., may involve non-refundable payment. Ask your reservationist if you have any questions regarding the trip you are taking.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We highly suggest that you purchase trip cancellation insurance on any overnight tour. We recommend Allianz Travel Insurance. For rates and information, call 1-800-282-8300.

BAGGAGE

Each tour member is entitled to one piece of luggage plus a carry-on bag on multi-day tours. Extra luggage can be accommodated at a rate of $5.00 per piece per day. Even though every effort is made to supervise the careful handling of luggage throughout the tour, Conestoga Tours will not assume liability for loss or damage due to breakage, theft, hotel or carrier handling, fair wear and tear, etc.

SEATING ON MOTORCOACH

On one-day tours, seating priority is based on order of payment. On multi–day tours, seats will be rotated according to company policy. If there are under 30 passengers on multi-day tours, seats may not be rotated.

SMOKING OR ALCOHOL ON MOTORCOACH

Smoking or drinking of alcohol is prohibited while aboard the motorcoach of any Conestoga Tours.

IMMIGRATION

Each US citizen must have a valid passport for entry into Canada and other foreign destinations on any trip. If you do not have a passport, call our office and we will tell you how to apply for one.

Holders of non-US passports should contact their nearest consulate and inquire about the necessary passport or VISA document required for entry into the countries visited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Conestoga Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if less than 20 reservations have been made 10 days prior to departure date.

RESPONSIBILITY

Conestoga Tours, Inc., acts only as an agent and assumes no liability in arranging hotels and other accommodations and cannot be responsible for non-performance on the part of hotel proprietors or others entrusted to provide tour features. The right is reserved to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour, and to cancel or make changes in any itinerary and to increase our prices, if circumstances require or judgment decrees it.
