Tour Itinerary

Day 1: We travel during springtime to beautiful Cape Cod, known for its spectacular beaches and breathtaking sunsets. We arrive in the Hyannis area and prepare for a delicious dinner at a popular local restaurant. (D)

Day 2: Your day begins with a hearty breakfast, and then a local guide will board our motorcoach and take us for a day of touring in Hyannis and Sandwich. The tour will include the Kennedy Memorial, Hynannisport, St. Francis Xavier Church, Sandy Neck Marsh Dunes, the Great Salt Marsh and a cranberry bog. Highlighting the afternoon will be a Hyannis Harbor Cruise featuring a view of the Kennedy Compound. The evening will be completed with a delicious dinner. (B, D)

Day 3: After breakfast, you will travel northward along scenic Route 6A through colonial villages filled with wonderful examples of New England architecture. You will stop at the Eastham Windmill, view a Cape Cod lighthouse and drive through the Cape Cod National Seashore area. You will be surrounded by sand dunes and the ocean as you approach your final destination at the tip of Cape Cod-Provincetown. Provincetown has a rich history which combines a love of the sea and the arts. Walk along the waterfront and the narrow main streets and enjoy your free time exploring the shops, galleries and restaurants that make Provincetown so unique. Enjoy dinner and entertainment at a fabulous restaurant this evening. (B, D)

Day 4: Following breakfast, your guide will meet our motorcoach and then escort you to Plymouth to visit Plymouth Rock, the Mayflower II and the Forefathers’ Monument. Continue to Boston for a tour of the town, which will include Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Boston Common, the Public Gardens and time to shop at Quincy Market. Enjoy a delicious dinner at a popular restaurant on the Cape. (B, D)

Day 5: Following breakfast, we bid farewell to “Olde Cape Cod” and begin our journey home. We return home early evening. (B)
