Tour Itinerary

Day 1: We travel to the lovely Finger Lakes area of New York State on a tour that combines the popular Finger Lakes vineyards, interesting attractions and some great dining experiences. We arrive in the Finger Lakes mid-afternoon and tour an area winery. Tonight enjoy a dinner cruise on Lake Skaneatles. We spend the next three nights in Waterloo. (D)

Day 2: This morning we visit beautiful Letchworth State Park, where a park ranger will take us on a brief tour of “The Grand Canyon of the East.” Following lunch on your own, we tour Sonnenburg Gardens. We tour the lovely mansion gardens and wine center. Dinner tonight will be at one of the most romantic restaurants in the Finger Lakes, Belhurst Castle. Enjoy the historic structure and great food. (D)

Day 3: This morning we visit Rose Hill Mansion, located in beautiful Geneva, where we enjoy the magnificent view of Seneca Lake from the front porch and the vista of nearby farmlands. This afternoon we cruise the Finger Lakes and enjoy a luncheon cruise. We visit another local winery before relaxing over a final dinner at a popular local restaurant. (L, D)

Day 4: We depart Waterloo this morning and visit Hazlitt Winery, one of the area’s most popular wineries. Our last stop will be at the Corning Glass Center, where we witness glass-blowing demonstrations and view their many exhibits. We return home early evening.
