Tour Itinerary

Day 1: A new tour combines fabulous New England sightseeing, fantastic dining experiences and attractions that have a “foodie” theme. We travel to Massachusetts this morning, stopping by Del’s Lemonade enroute. We visit the original home of this refreshing frozen lemon beverage and enjoy a cup of this New England favorite. We continue to the Johnson and Wales Culinary Archivist Museum. This internationally famous museum is dedicated to preserving the history of the culinary and hospitality trade. See exhibits on outdoor dining, famous menus, kitchen gadgets, stoves and even Presidential inaugurations. Dinner is included tonight. (D)

Day 2: Our first stop is Restaurant City Kitchen Supply, where you can shop for all your kitchen needs. We continue to Boston, where we visit three cozy North End Italian restaurants and sample Boston’s award-winning pizzas while taking a walking tour of the city’s oldest neighborhood dating back to 1630. This afternoon relax on a narrated cruise of Boston Harbor. Learn about the past, present and future of the historic waterfront area, including the Charles Navy Yard, the Tea Party site and more. We enjoy a fabulous dinner at one of Boston’s popular restaurants before we travel to Dover, NH for a two-night stay. (B, L, D)

Day 3: We begin our day stopping at the When Pigs Fly Company Store, a famous bread shop where they bake over 25 classic and artisan breads each day. We continue to scenic Perkins Cove, filled with shops, galleries, restaurants and spectacular views of the rocky coastline. We next embark on a Lobstering Nature cruise and hear about the life of a New England lobsterman. We tempt your sweet tooth at Harbor Candy Store and give you a sample box to take with you. Our final stop is the Stonewall Kitchen Shop, where you can browse their entire line of food items, kitchen gadgets, cookware, tableware and home dŽcor. Tonight you will be our guests at a mouthwatering, fresh Maine Lobster Dinner. (B, D)

Day 4: We travel home with many fond memories of the incredible food and attractions we have visited on our New England getaway. (B)
