Tour Itinerary

Day 1: A travel day finds us arriving in Hyannis late afternoon. Dinner is included at a popular local restaurant. (D)

Day 2: Travel out to Cape Cod’s very tip, Provincetown, home of the National Seashore with miles and miles of pristine sand dunes, beaches, lighthouses and more. We will visit the Chatham Shark Center, where we take an in-depth look at one of the ocean’s most magnificent species – the Great White Shark. You will also have time to explore the shops, galleries and eateries at Provincetown. A highlight of the day will be a dune ride through the pristine province lands in the comfort of a Chevy SUV. A naturalist will lead the way as we explore the habitat, wildlife and flora of this unique area. Dinner is included tonight. (B, D)

Day 3: We depart Hyannis this morning and travel to Cape Ann and Gloucester, the location of many movies and television shows. We also visit Manchester-By-The-Sea, the site of the Oscar- nominated Best Picture by the same name. Following lunch on your own, we board the Thomas E. Lannon and experience an exciting sail aboard the 65-foot schooner. Help the crew hoist the sails or you can sit back and enjoy the ocean breeze and amazing sights. Dinner will be included tonight before we arrive in Dover, NH for a two-night stay (B, D)

Day 4: We visit Cape Elizabeth, known for its exceptional coastal lights. You will be in lighthouse heaven as we follow stunning Cape Elizabeth’s rocky coastline. Time will be given for lunch on your own at Old Port in Portland. Following lunch, we discover Cape Elizabeth from the water on a relaxing cruise. Pass by the lovely shoreline dotted with Victorian cottages and quaint villages. Tonight, savor a Maine Lobster Bake Dinner coupled with a dose of “down east” entertainment. (B, D)

Day 5: Following breakfast, our New England Cape tour comes to an end as we travel home filled with the memories of the picturesque locations we have visited. (B)
