Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Travel to the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State on a new tour designed to highlight the many spectacular waterfalls and fabulous wineries of the region. We begin at Six Mile Creek Vineyard for a tasting of their well-known wines before we travel to Buttermilk State Park, the largest of 10 falls along the creek. Next, we take a short drive to Treman State Park to see the beautiful cascading water. Dinner at a popular local restaurant is included tonight. (D)

Day 2: This morning, we visit the Women’s Hall of Fame in Seneca Falls, the small village where the fight for women’s rights began. The Hall of Fame is the nation’s oldest membership organization dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the achievements of great American women. Our day continues with a stop at the Thirsty Owl Wine Company, for a tasting. Next, we visit the Lively Run Dairy, where we learn about the process of making goat cheese and even meet the herd of goats that provide the milk for Lively Run Cheese that is made on site. Our final stop will be at the beautiful Taughanack Falls Overlook to enjoy the view of the Falls. Dinner is again included tonight. (B, D)

Day 3: We kick off our day with a final wine tasting before we begin our journey home. Our last stop will be at the Corning Glass Center, where we witness glass-blowing demonstrations and view their many exhibits. We return home early evening. (B)
