Tour Itinerary

Day 1: We begin our great western journey aboard your deluxe motorcoach as we travel to Richmond, IN. The friendships that you make on this tour and the memories of the sights and entertainment are sure to last a long time.

Day 2: We continue west, arriving in St. Louis, the gateway city to the West. You’ll be on your own to explore the many fine restaurants.

Day 3: If you are not familiar with Branson, MO, you will be after today. We arrive in time to attend the afternoon matinee at one of the popular Branson shows. Following dinner, we attend a second show in Branson. A great day of entertainment! (D)

Day 4: Before departing Branson, we will start the day out with a visit to the world’s most popular ship, the Titanic. This replica of the original ship has over 400 priceless artifacts and historic treasures. We continue west, arriving in Oklahoma City.

Day 5: A travel day finds us arriving in Albuquerque, NM.

Day 6: We arrive in Arizona and tour the Petrified Forest before arriving in Flagstaff.

Day 7: The most spectacular sight in North America, the Grand Canyon, is on our agenda this morning. We’ll journey along the south rim and give you ample time for pictures. We’ll also visit Grand Canyon Village to allow you to purchase that special gift. We continue on to Las Vegas, where we spend two nights.

Day 8: This morning we tour the Hoover Dam, one of the world’s greatest engineering feats. This afternoon will be free in Las Vegas.

Day 9: Today will be a travel day to Salt Lake City and our overnight accommodations for the next two nights.

Day 10: We tour Salt Lake City this morning, including the Mormon Tabernacle. The afternoon will be free to enjoy Salt Lake City.

Day 11: We continue north to the picture-postcard town of Jackson Hole, located at the foot of the spectacular Teton Mountains. You’ll have time to browse around the village, where we may even see a famous celebrity.

Day 12: It’s a short journey to wonderful Yellowstone Park. A local guide will direct us to all regions of the park, including Mammoth Hot Springs and Old Faithful. Tonight you will be our guests for dinner in the park. The night will be spent in the Yellowstone Park area. (D)

Day 13: We complete our tour of Yellowstone Park today before heading east to the town of Cody. Tonight put on your western gear as we attend the Cody Rodeo for some bronco-busting fun.

Day 14: A visit to the Buffalo Bill Museum will be a highlight of this morning’s schedule before we continue to Rapid City, SD.

Day 15: We visit Mt. Rushmore this morning and give you the chance for an up-close view of this world-famous monument. We stop at the Crazy Horse Memorial and visit the Museum of the North American Indian, We later visit Custer State Park and take the Buffalo Safari Jeep Tour. Tonight be our guests at a Western Chuckwagon Cookout. (D)

Day 16: We depart Rapid City this morning and tour through the Badlands and visit the famous Wall Drug Store and the Corn Palace. We spend the night in Mitchell, SD.

Day 17: A travel day finds us arriving in Davenport, Iowa.

Day 18: We arrive in Chicago this morning and have lunch at the Navy Pier. We later relax on an architectural boat tour for an up-close view of Chicago’s magnificent buildings. We enjoy an early dinner at one of Chicago’s popular restaurants, allowing us to remember all the sights we have seen on our western journey. We spend the night in Elkhart, IN. (D)

Day 19: Our western excursion comes to an end, as we arrive back home late afternoon
